Delivered with flawless gleaming paintwork, unfortunately this is rarely the case, leaving production lines with buffer trails and sanding marks, then when they get to import centres tin the UK even more washing is carried out by un trained PDI people, some have only been in the job a few weeks dropping polishing cloths on the floor picking up dust and re using, its frightening to say the least!!!

Car dealerships employ a car valeter to use wash and wax your car and that’s where it all stops and the trouble begins !!!

Most car dealerships provide some form of paint sealants that can be applied at the point of sale to give your car some protection, these are often over priced and over rated for what they can actually provide as far as protection is concerned.

Robornes Detailing New Car Protection Package is designed to allow your new car to get off to the best possible start.

If you opt for this option, it is suggested you ask your dealer not to wash your new vehicle at all, or at least do the bare minimum.

We have many different coatings that can be applied to your paintwork to keep it looking the best it can possibly look from standard High Endurance waxes, to Eco Ceramics, to Polysilazane coatings

This differs from a standard Protection Detail because a new car will not require quite so much in depth cleaning to areas that accumulate dirt over time (e.g wheels, arches etc) Instead this time will be spent carefully checking the paint and carrying out any localised defect correction.

• Multi stage wash using 2 bucket method, using hand crafted 100% merino wool wash mitts
• Wheel arches cleaned
• Wheels cleaned and clayed
• Extra fine clay bar used to remove bonded contaminates from paintwork
• Vehicle re-washed and hand dried with the finest drying towels
• Remove all transit waxes
• Vehicle wiped down with a isopropanol alcohol (panel wipe) to make sure surfaces are clean
• Remove small scuff or swirled area where the protective wrapping was removed by the import centre or vehicle dealer
• Paintwork prepped with a pre-wax cleanser to support wax / sealant bonding
• Pre-selected wax /sealant is applied
• Coatings applied to paintwork Ceramics or Polysilazanes
• Detail and protect all engine components
• Door shuts waxed for added protection
• Wheel sealed to prevent excessive brake dust
• Interior cleaned and vacuumed
• Carpets and over matts coated with a water poof stain protection system
• Interior plastics dressed to finish of your choice
• Door seals and rubbers cleaned and protected
• Interior glass cleaned
• Tyre’s cleaned and dressed with a long lasting tyre dressing
• All leather is coated with Leather Guard
• Exterior plastics dressed
• Stainless steel/chrome cleaned and polished
• All exterior glass is coating with a water repellent glass coating, to provide sheeting of glass while driving
• Final inspection to make sure your car meets our high standards
